SETTING TEAM
Dan, owner of Decoy Holds, has been working with the gym from day 1 with a focus on the overall climbing experience and is responsible for the adjustable wall sets. He has over thirty years of climbing and hold shaping, and is the 2025 Favorite Hold Shaper award winner.
Dan YagminAusten, our general manager of Berkshire Boulders, came from Vital Gyms in New York and is part of our in-house setting team.
Austen McnultyColin is a local with 20+ years of climbing experience, setting since the age of 7. He specializes in replicating authentic outdoor northeast problems, with a focus on technical movement and body control.
