Meet your coach

Austen McNulty
Hi, I'm Austen. I've been climbing for more than 14 years and coaching for the past four, most recently as Head Coach and Programs Director at a leading climbing gym in New York City.
I've coached climbers at every stage, from people on their very first day in the gym to elite athletes chasing a new grade, including helping climbers send their first V10.
My coaching starts with mindset, then builds into technique and physical training. When we work together, you'll leave each session knowing what you're working on, why it matters, and how to keep progressing on your own.
Whether you want to feel confident on your first climbs, break through a plateau, send a long-term project, or figure out what the next step in your climbing looks like, we'll build a plan to get you there. I'd love to be part of your journey.
